Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing your order to avoid charges. Orders cancelled after 10 minutes may be charged in full, depending on the preparation status of your pizza.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Our main refund categories are as follows:

Refund requests due to quality issues must be made on the same day the order is placed. Requests received after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: gift cards, rewards points, and promotional deals.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please call our customer service line at +39 06 6982 1234. You will need to provide your order number and a detailed explanation of your request. If applicable, please also have any relevant photographs of the item(s) you wish to discuss.

Credit Card Refunds

For credit card payments, once we approve the refund, the credit will be processed and applied to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refund Timing

We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days from the day we agree on the refund. However, depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take longer for the refund to be reflected in your account balance.
